Debi feels hair is never static as fashion and style are always evolving and there are still always new ideas and things to learn! Since opening Hair Loft back in 1980 she always wanted a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and the team. When she isn’t in the salon you’re sure to find her decorating or gardening, Chicago weather permitting.

Ben grew up in the family business his parents started, The Hair Loft, and has continued to grow the company into its current iteration of The Hair Loft and withlove collective. Beyond the businesses, he's passionate about being active, the creative and design process, and storytelling.

Alison loves helping educate and pass along simple little tips to her guests. Sometimes it's as simple as how to hold the iron for those perfect curls. Her hope is to pass along enough little tidbits to add a little extra confidence to your day. She’s passionate about creative endeavors and is into photography and pottery.

James has an extensive resume as not just a stylist in-salon but as an educator for multiple haircare and extensions brands. He’s an expert in dimensional color placement. Also and avid Diet Coke fan.

Susie has honed her skills through the Hair Loft’s education program and has become one of the most in-demand stylists in the salon. She enjoys giving people more confidence by giving them their dream hair and hair that suits their lifestyle. She especially loves doing extensions and dimensional color. When not in the salon, she loves trying out new restaurants & cocktail bars, watching reality TV, knitting & crocheting, and playing video games. She is an animal lover and has two pets - a cat named Daenerys and a rescue pitbull named Leo.

Through a hair service, Jerry truly enjoys people and getting to know them. In-salon he specializes in Cutting and Color and loves the team environment of the Hair Loft. You can always find a new book recommendation from Jerry as he’s an avid reader.

Judy loves doing hair because she is passionate about designing and creating for her guest's personality & lifestyle. Plus, seeing their joy as they experience the special new look! “I've been blessed for many years of great service with my clients!” Her hobbies outside of the salon are Spiritual growth thru her Yoga practice, Chakra studies, and Meditation; all encompassing wellness/wholeness; peace, harmony and balance.

Outside of the salon Maya loves to travel, try new restaurants, read, watch reality tv, and spend time with her cat.

Diamond came to Hair Loft because of the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism. Her favorite part about doing hair is human connection. Listening and gaining genuine relationships with my clients is a top priority. Beyond the salon, She has a passion for acting and binge watching tv shows and movies.

Lydia discovered Hair Loft at a career event at her beauty school. She wanted a fun, positive salon environment with strong education and was immediately drawn to Hair Loft. She’s an avid swimming and loves teaching kids how to swim and water safety.
